Registration: 2026 GNCC Arena Club Championship

Welcome to the registration portal for the 2026 Championship hosted by the Long Island Curling Club. This is an Open Format event—teams may consist of any combination of gender or age.

🥌 Format & Travel

3-Game Minimum: All teams guaranteed three full games, bracket format with A, B, C, and D events

Initial game times will be released in advance for easy travel and hotel planning!

📅 Event Logistics

DATES: June 25-28, 2026
    FIRST DRAW: Thursday evening or Friday morning, depending on registration

FEE: $480.00 / Team (Meals Included)

When registering, each team MUST have a different email address due to a limitation within our registration portal. Only the first registration per email address will be accepted by our system - if you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to us at bonspiels@licurling.org.

Entry Requirements

By submitting this form, you certify that:

  • All players are members in good standing of a GNCC Arena Club.
  • At least two (2) team members curl exclusively on arena ice.
  • Our team has reviewed and complies with the eligibility requirements linked on the Main Event Page.

Registration Instructions

Selection & Schedule Terms

1. Club Priority (Wave 1): Each GNCC Arena Club is guaranteed one entry until the field is full or the application window closes. If multiple teams apply from one club, the Club's leadership will be contacted to designate their club's primary entry.

2. Tiered Filling (Wave 2): If spots remain after Wave 1, the field is filled by 2nd teams (by timestamp), then 3rd teams, etc., as outlined in the Official GNCC Rules.

3. Tournament Schedule: All teams are guaranteed a minimum of three games. Game times for the initial rounds will be released shortly after the field is finalized.

4. Payment: Submitting this form secures your registration timestamp. Do not send payment now. A payment link will be sent once your team is officially "Accepted" following the priority window.
