About the Club

Established in 2008, the Long Island Curling Club is dedicated to the lifetime/inter-generational sport of curling. The Club supports the recreation of curling, promotes education and fosters competition. In 2014, the Long Island Curling Club was granted public charity status as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization by the Internal Revenue Service. Donations to the Club are tax-deductible.

Our leagues and events are held at the Long Island Sports Hub, 165 Eileen Way, Syosset, NY.

Mission

Our mission is to:
  • Promote and foster competition in the sport of curling on a local, regional, national  and international level;
  • Attract, support and train athletes interested in curling competition on a local, regional, national and international basis;
  • Provide programs designed to educate interested persons about the sport of curling, especially local youths and adults
